If this sounds like you, please apply!Responsibilities:Planning and implementing construction means/methods for all aspects of residential high-rise projects, schedules, productivity innovations, and site logistics in the Chicagoland area.Selection of field site personnelMonitoring job costs and productivity on projectsOn-site co-ordination of manpower, materials and equipmentDeveloping, monitoring and executing the project construction plan and scheduleSupervising, training, coaching and mentoring field personnelDemonstrating commitment to Walsh Safety and Quality programsOrganizing and coordinating all subcontractor activitiesProject close-out; responsible for final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work and site demolitionWorking with the Owners to ensure the projects are being built in accordance with the contract documentsParticipates in development and review of work plans for major/high-risk activities.Qualifications:
