Top rated clinic in Los Angeles, CA has an immediate opening for a Nurse Practitioner for a top rated OB/GYN and Women's Health practice.

Summary:

•Position: Nurse Practioner

•Specialty: OBGYN

•Location: Los Angeles, CA-90057

•Schedule: Company hours and days Mon to Sat, 8:30am-4:30pm

•Pay rate: $70-$75 per hour

Essential Duties: IUD insertions and removals, added autoclave Providing well women exams Pregnancy testing Performing initial examinations, including physical exams and patient observations Setting up and monitoring medical equipment Ordering and administering diagnostic tests Communicating test results to patients and their families Recording patient medical histories Operating and maintaining medical equipment Position Requirements

Current NP licensure BLS from the American Heart Association required ACLS HS diploma or GED

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Position requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Some patient assistance will be required. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone and other office equipment is also required. Employee must have normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
