Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a positive impact? Sunflower Development Center, a leading naturalistic Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency in Bristol County, is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team at our center in Raynham, MA.
Position Overview:
As Speech-Language Pathologist at Sunflower Development Center, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive speech and language services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other professionals, you will contribute to creating and implementing individualized treatment plans to support the communication needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.Collaborate with the ABA team to integrate speech and language goals into behavior intervention plans.Provide direct speech-language therapy services to clients in both individual and group settings.Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members to ensure coordinated and consistent care.Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Massachusetts.ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Schedule:
Flexible schedule, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:30pm
