Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7a - 5pSetting: Surgery CenterTypes of cases: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Gynecology, Dental, Ophthalmology, GI Endoscopy, Ear/Nose/Throat, Hands and Pain ManagementCredentialing time: 2 weeksRequirements: Board certificationElectronic Medical Record (EMR): To be determined
