SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Incumbent will provide direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as outlined by the guidelines of the New York State Physical Therapy Practice Act and Hospital Policy. Incumbent should embrace the team concept of the department and the customer service approach to patient care. Monitors and documents patients' responses to treatment.
EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
NYS Physical Therapist License and current registration.
Experience in outpatient, acute care and rehabilitation treatment.
Must have a minimum of one year experience.
Working hours: Days and hours vary.
