Lucrative Emergency Medicine position in a busy ER just outside of Springfield, Missouri that is looking to replace two retiring physicians. There is also a Medical Director option. This is a level 3, 12-bayER with APP coverage 12 hours per day. Level 2 STEMI, level 3 stroke, level 1 nursery. Hospitalists on duty 24/7 with great specialty support. This is an employed position and there is not an option for 1099.
Practice details include:
12 shifts per month / 12 hour shifts (8am - 8pm)$400,000 per year base salaryExtra shifts - $3000 day, $3400 nightSign on bonus of $50,000Relocation $10k, CME $4kFull comprehensive benefit planUp to $120,000 extra for Medical Director role20,000 ER visits per yearPhysician satisfaction is top 10% in the country, physician turnover less than 3%, independently owned and operatedCommunity is located minutes from Stockton Lake - a top 5 sailing lake in the US as well as Pomme de Terre Lake and Truman Lake, providing easy opportunities to social distance in your daily living while having a fulfilling practice but only 25 minutes from Springfield Branson National Airport
