We are currently seeking a
full-time Family Medicine - OB/GYN Physician
to join our team at
Lowell Correctional Institution located in Ocala, Florida.
The OB/GYN provides obstetrics and gynecological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for incarcerated female patients and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in providing services to patients in a correctional setting. OB/GYN services include routine gynecological and obstetrics care, prenatal care, specialized obstetrical services, postpartum care, and women's health education.

Qualifications
•Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school required•Active, unrestricted MD/DO license or ability to obtain one required•Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, or General Medicine Women's Health•Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration with prescriptive authority•Ability to pass credentialing and background check
