Responsibilities & Requirements:Job Responsibilities:To perform high level clinical respiratory care under indirect technical supervision as assigned by the supervisor or team leader.Additional the position demonstrates a strong approach to all network initiatives and will be a role model for KHN mission, vision, and values.Performs various respiratory procedures on a day-to-day basis under indirect supervision for all age group as specified per campus departmental policyExercises good independent clinical judgment and discretion in applying and interpreting policies and proceduresMaintains productivity at or above required levels.Assures correct documentation of all recordsOccasionally performs the role of Lead Therapist, shift Team Leader, or clinical Instructor as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:Job Requirements:Minimum Education Graduates of a 24-year AMA approved Respiratory ProgramRequired Licenses [Ohio, United States] Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner for the State of Ohio Credentials issued by the National Board of Respiratory CareActive AARC member must demonstrate acute/critical care knowledge as it relates to cardiopulmonary diseases states, involved in precepting acute/critical care areas, supervisor capabilities, current BLS with ACLS, P, and NRP for respective work area.
