As a part of Mountainside's Registered Nurse Residency Program, you will successfully learn and be able to complete the following:
Coordinate all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standardsCollaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomesContribute to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient careCollect patient's health dataAnalyze assessment data in determining patient problemsIdentify expected outcomes individualized to the patientDevelop a comprehensive plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomesImplement interventions identified in the plan of careEvaluate patient's progress toward attainment of outcomesAssist with the plan of care, evaluate, modify and coordinate care, and communicate well with other disciplinesDelegate task to unlicensed personnel in compliance with the Board of NursingConduct discharge planning, assisting the patient/significant others to obtain knowledge about illness, injury prevention, and teachingMaintain confidentiality with all informationPerform any and all other duties as assignedQualifications
Job Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Nursing requiredNO RN EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, we will train and teach you what you need to be able to do/know!Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse LicenseBLS Certification requiredPreferred Job requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
