Several Family Physicians are needed for both metro and rural Indiana locations in NE Indiana. primarily 100% outpatient practice settings but there is an option for traditional inpatient/outpatient mix if desired. NO inpatient call and No ER call is required. Easy access to Indianapolis IN, Chicago IL and Detroit MI. Salary plus Incentive (based on MGMA guidelines).
