is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join a dynamic Therapy team at an established hospital in Vermont.
Job Description:
As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to rehabilitation and wellness. You will assess and treat patients with a wide range of conditions, providing therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, improve function, and promote overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist:Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to achieve patient goals.Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.Qualifications for a Physical Therapist:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.Current Vermont state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence-based practice.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in Neuro is preferredBenefits:
