Practice Details:Join a network of 18 Endocrinologists and 5 advanced practice providers working in community clinics throughout the system1.0 FTE, which is 36 patient contact hours per weekProvide a full spectrum of care including diagnosis and management of diabetes and osteoporosis as well as disorders of the thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and parathyroid glandsCall responsibility is 1:3, which is phone call only, goes to nurse triage first, and is very minimalOpportunity to collaborate with other Endocrinology colleagues within the Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism at the University of MinnesotaFully integrated

Graduate of an ACGME Endocrinology fellowship training programBoard Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic AssociationLicensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice LicensureAbility to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of MinnesotaMeet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
