full and part-time pediatric anesthesiologists with the opportunity to join in W2 or 1099 capacity
to service our ASC, physician-owned community hospitals, and office-based anesthesia surgeon clients in the Dallas division. Our clinical staff's morale, culture, and loyalty are unmatched.

What is office-based anesthesia (OBA)?
At Noble, we provide a comprehensive peri-operative solution for physicians, surgeons, and dentists performing procedures in the medical office space.
Our team of anesthesiologists, certified registered nurse anesthetists, and registered nurses provide pre-operative, anesthetic, and post-operative care for various office-based surgical procedures.
The Noble OBA model is that of a traveling surgery center
- we provide all of the same medications, supplies, equipment, and emergency preparedness, but at the physician's office.

SALARY, BENEFITS, OPPORTUNITY DETAILS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
1099 Starting at $200/hour
(PRN-RATE ONLY) W-2 Salary
New grad: $400,000/year Experienced: ~$450,000/year (negotiable) 2 years to PARTNERSHIP for full-time W-2 only -
Shares awarded for tenure and leadership roles
Position Details
DFW division - 15 ASCs, 1 surgical hospital, and 3 OBA practices Fort Worth, Mansfield, Cleburne, Granbury Providers will be credentialed at more than one facility to provide flexibility (e.g., early out requests) but usually gravitate towards 2-3 facilities over time No OB, no hearts, no trauma, no neonates, only healthy kids-you go home when you're done No in-house call.
Noble call is the late day on the schedule. Most calls finish up at 7 pm. Regional anesthesia training preferred Noble pays for providers to attend the Maverick Regional Anesthesia Course in Fort Worth 40 - 50 hours/week, seasonal variation, sometimes less than 40 hours/week Qualifications
ABA board certified or eligible (should be certified within 7 years after residency) Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced, ambulatory environment Willingness to service pediatric patients, independently, in the office-based anesthesia division (you do not have to be peds certified) Willingness to do elective cases on Saturdays in Nov/Dec to accommodate end-of-year patient requests Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to our client's office Benefits, PTO, 401K, Insurance, Malpractice, CME, FSA/HSA, Disability
Reasonable PTO package (plus 6 holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day); PTO is available to full-time employees; accrual begins on the first date of employment Health (medical) insurance is offered, currently BCBS, as well, Dental and Vision insurance is available Effective 30 days after employment 401k with company match Effective 90 days after employment (equates to roughly ~10,000/year) Paid malpractice (Company paid) (up to $8,000/year) Tail coverage is provided free of charge upon retirement from Noble Anesthesia Partners Paid CME/licensure (up to $3,000/year) Paid Short term disability (Company paid, 60% of salary)/Long-term disability FSA (available to all FT employees) HSA available with a compatible insurance plan Curious further before applying?
