Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of NursingCurrent, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in S.C.Current CPR certificationExperience with PCC preferredMDS experience within the last 2 years in Skilled Nursing is ideal
Your day to day:
Your primary role as MDS Coordinator is to assess resident care needs, direct and supervise staff to meet the resident's needs, coordinate with other members of the Inter-Disciplinary Team (IDT) develop and implement a plan of care that meets the individual needs of each resident.
