A healthcare network in Connecticut is currently seeking a licensed Gastroenterologist for a promising position at one of their facilities in New Haven County. In this role, the Gastroenterologist will be responsible for providing high quality inpatient and outpatient care to patients.
Responsibilities:
The Gastroenterologist will be responsible for:Examining & obtaining medical history and treating acute & chronic illnessesOrdering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic testsCreating treatment plans and involving patients & family members in those plansInitiating appropriate specialty referralsCollaborating on the improvement in care delivery and service with management, other Physicians and staffWorking with Practice Management to ensure compliance with billing and coding requirementsPerforming procedures at the Endoscopy CenterQualifications:
Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of ConnecticutBoard Eligible / Certified in GastroenterologyYour privacy is important to us.
