We offer all of our patients high-quality, comprehensive cardiac care at state-of-the-art, full service cardiac care centers. We offer an array of services throughout the counties of Citrus, Sumter, Lake, and Marion, which include (but not limited to): cardiovascular disease, coronary and peripheral interventions, electrophysiology, and structural heart procedures.
As we continue to expand our services throughout Central Florida, we have a need for a dynamic, patient centered, and specialized interventional cardiologist to work within our local Ocala clinics and affiliated hospitals.
Job DetailsFull-time Interventional CardiologistLocation: Ocala clinic and affiliated HCA and Advent Hospital(s)Position will include primarily interventional cardiology with some mixture of general cardiovascular medicine. Opportunity for 50/50 mix if physician prefers this balance.Interventional services to include (but not limited to): bread and butter and complex coronary, some peripheral is available if interested/experienced. Structural cases not available. CT surgical support available for complex casesGeneral services to include (but not limited to): echo, nuclear, consults, med mgmt., etc.Monday-Friday scheduleCall responsibilities shared with other physicians. Call stipend for weekend and weekday call.Additional APP, MA, and administrative support in clinic and hospital.Lucrative compensation package to include: base salary, production bonuses and call stipend.Partnership track and additional equity offered.Sign-on and relocation package negotiableQualificationsB/C in Cardiovascular Medicine, and B/C or B/E in Interventional CardiologyCompletion from a US Accredited Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular programMedical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic MedicineBoard Certified in Nuclear and Echo preferred.Hard working, patient satisfaction/quality must be front and center.Collegial, teamwork focused, and patient centered.Citrus Cardiology Consultants is a Partner Practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America.
