ROLE INCLUDES:
Courier and Facilities AssistantBreak down orders for HVAC & PlumbingSeparate returned materials from installsOperate Company Vehicle in delivering or picking up materials from vendors or job sitesUnload materials and merchandise by forklfit from incoming vehicle and store in assigned placesLocate and move stock/product for staging or storing
Equipment and ToolsHelp Lead maintain and manage inventory of the shop equipment and materialsInventory gas cans and two-stroke oil, refill if necessaryChecking in Tools and ensuring they are in working order in addition to charging batteries before tools are checked out again.
YardOverseeing the yard- keeping it clean and organizedSweep the yard, pick up scrap metal with magnet stripAccompany all who uses the shed, lock shed after each useMaintain cameras and swap batteriesRefill bags of sand and drain rockOrganize scrap pipe and throw away any pieces under 10’
VehiclesHelp with the maintenance of the vehicles.
