We are currently looking for experienced Per Diem with Potential for Full Time Physical Therapists who are committed to high quality care in a team environment to provide in-home therapy services to patients in their homes in multiple locations in Santa Monica and surrounding areas, including: Santa Monica Marina Del Rey West Los Angeles Westchester Ladera Heights Pacific Palisades Palms Culver City Other Cities Near Santa Monica This is primarily acute orthopedic and cardiac rehab provided in our patients' homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.
