who are committed to high quality care in a team environment to provide in-home therapy services to patients in their homes in multiple locations in Santa Monica and surrounding areas, including:
*Santa Monica * Marina Del Rey *West Los Angeles *Westchester *Ladera Heights *Pacific Palisades *Palms *
Culver City
* Other Cities Near Santa Monica
This is primarily acute orthopedic and cardiac rehab provided in our patients' homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

At least one (1) year of experience as a PTHome Health experienceValid California PT license requiredCurrent CPR certification requiredCurrent California driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportationLocated in Southern CaliforniaJob Types:
