Schedule: Work Four 10’s or Five 8-hour shifts with No On-call CoveragePatient volume is 8-12 patients a dayOutpatient: Post Ops cases - shoulders, hips & knees, back & neck with joint pain, debility related to chronic diseases with some inpatient careCritical Access Hospital with a Level 4 Trauma DesignationEMR System is Cerner
