Description: Minimum work experience: 6 to 9 Years in Mainframe development. COBOL-L3 (Mandatory) DB2 - Z/OS Application Programming-L3 (Mandatory) CICS (Mandatory) JCL - Job Control Language-L3 (Mandatory) MQ (Working knowledge) VSAM (Good to have) Knowledge of IBM IDz, Z/OS connect, and automation would be an added advantage but not mandatory.
Responsiblities
As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenance/Testing) Serve as entry-level specialist with expertise in technology/industry domain/a process/application/production. Responsible for functional/technical track of a project. Ability to support the PO / SM from a Technical perspective in terms of prioritizing and splitting work. Working Experience in Agile teams and methodologies e.g., Scrum / Kanban Excellent written and oral communication skills. An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
