REQUIRED:

NodeJS and JavaStrong experience with Micro-frontend and MicroservicesReact / ReactJSGraphQLMicroservices Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)Experience building both web and mobile apps (not responsible for doing development but understands the process to help guide the process)Experience with Microservices Architecture and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes (Github/Guthub Actions)

PLUS:Development experience in the pastFamiliarity working with CRM, CMS, and Commerce platforms (i.e., Salesforce.com, Adobe, Hybris)

QUALIFICATIONS:10+ years of work experience in IT, with a broad exposure to different platforms and technologiesDeep understanding of both client-side and server-side technologies, including React, ReactNative,Javascript, GraphQL, Apollo, Java (with Spring), Node.js,and familiarity with Azure services like Azure Redis, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Kubernetes Service.Expert knowledge of solution/application development issues, techniques, and implications across one or more platformsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Commitment to staying current with industry developments and bringing innovative ideas to the table.Ability to create comprehensive architecture artifacts that clearly document design decisions, system interactions, and project roadmapsBroad experience with and exposure to multiple platform environments to enable the properperspective and ability to design application or infrastructure solutions at an enterprise levelStrong understanding of business' processes in order to create a cohesive vision of a usable productCan develop presentations at an executive levelCan influence strategic decision makingExpanded technical knowledge in more than 1 area of a platform (SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce)Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience (Graduate Degree Preferred)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver appropriate solutions across application or infrastructure platformsAssist Enterprise Architects in defining enterprise visonDefine and enforce application development standards across the enterpriseEnsure solutions designed adhere to enterprise architecture standardsStay up to date on platform, infrastructure/application development technologies and capabilitiesExpert in application development, database design, and/or platform (operating system) efforts,helping project teams comply with enterprise policies, industry regulations, and best practicesWork with Enterprise Architects to ensure solutions are in place throughout all IT systems andplatforms to mitigate identified risks sufficiently, and to meet business objectives and regulatory requirementsCommunicate risks and solutions to cross functional key stakeholdersResearch, design, and advocate new technologies, architectures, and products that will support business and IT requirements for the enterprise and its customers, business partners, and vendorsEvaluate and develop application-level architectures for application developmentDevelop, in concert with Application Architects a reliable, top performing and cost-effective platform architectureLead the development and maintenance of the platform strategy and architectureOrganize the development effortProvide motivation and guidance to the entire development team during the systems development life cycleResponsible for the vision that underlies the solution and the execution of that vision into the solutionLooks after the programming, integration, and testing of software systems and associated devicesSelect the most appropriate technology for a problem, and involve balancing architectural concerns of the project with the concerns of the enterpriseResponsible for:how technology can be used to solve a given business problemwhich framework, platform, or tech-stack can be used to create a solutionhow the application will look, what the modules will be, and how they interact with each otherhow things will scale for the future and how they will be maintainedfiguring out the risk in third-party frameworks/platformsfinding a solution to a business problemthe sustainability of a solution
