Practice Details:o Reason for recruitment: Planning retirements• Type of EMR utilized: Athena (clinic), McKesson Paragon (hospital) - integrated EMR system between clinic and hospital including imaging.
• Clinic Details/Practice Support:o Administrative Support Staffo Each Physician has a Nurse or MA that works with them on their shift.
• Schedule/Volume:o Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-4• Clinic 3 days and Surgery 2 dayso Anticipated volume• Average 35 patients/day• Mix of patients• Call:o Physicians typically take I day during the week.• Call is shared with other ENTo Currently call is 1 in 8/9 weekends
