FASTSIGNS of Burien-West Seattle is hiring an Account Manager! We like to think of this role as our client liaison. You’ll be developing relationships with new accounts and growing existing partnerships by learning more about our clients’ needs so that we can deliver the best solutions for them. Our excellent customer experience sets us apart from our competitors. As our client liaison, you’ll be integral to our customer experience as you guide projects from the initial discovery phase through completion, and beyond. But wait…there more! Get to know our local community as you work with our sales team to grow our client base and deliver great customer service to Burien/West Seattle!

What you’ll be doing:

Building client relationships is your top priority. Our goal is to learn more about our clients and find ways to help them. We don't push sales on our clients, we aim to build relationships and help them succeed.

Learning all there is to offer. We have a proven, successful training program to get you the basics, but you will learn every day of your career with FASTSIGNS...because we rarely do the same thing twice.

Being an integral part of a small local team AND part of a large network of outside sales people across the country. You're not alone in this position - we can help get you up to speed, brainstorm projects, and connect you with the right solutions for your client.

Taking leads and prospects from our inside sales team and connecting with the client to develop the relationship.

Prospecting for new accounts and opportunities. You’ll get to know the city in a unique way by working with clients in every industry.

Meeting with customer’s face to face to assess their needs and our opportunities to help them achieve their goals.

Following up on all calls, texts and emails from clients and prospects to ensure that we are growing the relationship and responding to our client’s needs.

Using your creativity to make recommendations to clients for the best solution for their visual communication needs.

Writing up estimates and orders and clearly communicating with the design, production and install team to deliver quality products to our clients.

Assisting the sales team, design team, and production/install team to accomplish clients' needs. We are a small tight-knit family and we work very closely together to take care of our customers!
