Urgent Care Medical Director opening in Southwest Missouri
Located in Joplin, MO - 70 miles from Springfield, MO and 85 miles from Fayetteville, AR!Service area of 450,000 peopleFull-time, permanent openingHospital-employed opportunityBC/BE in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice or IM/Peds requiredTwo busy, free-standing facilities (only a 17-minute drive between clinics)Hours: 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday; 10am - 6 pm, Saturday and Sunday50,000 annual visitsSchedule: 14 shifts/month (flexible)Walk-in patients with minor injuries and illnessesSave My Spot allows patients to wait at home with convenient schedulingOn-site X-ray, CLIA-waived labs and same-day send out labsWork with an experienced staff of RNs, Nurse Techs and Radiology TechsTeaching opportunities are available with local medical students and residentsGenerous shift-based compensation package!Excellent benefits package including CME allowance, paid relocation assistance, paid malpractice, tail coverage, and moreNew, near-site, state-of-the art day care/learning center is available exclusively for children of employees
