Overview:
VTG is looking for Operations Support (Front Office) to provide executive, analytical, management and administrative support services to the Front Office, Program Managers and their immediate staff. Responsibilities: Assist with the management of information technology, data and infrastructure. Analyze existing or planned strategic and business processes to ensure they meet corporate goals and objectives. Maintain easily retrievable corporate information to support programmatic planning and decision-making. Ensure corporate information has a documented data structure design, change management procedures version history, visualization, and change notifications. Provide coordination and record keeping of wireless communication equipment, including equipment used in the international environment. Track associated commercial costs. Monitor budget for wireless telecommunications. Provide coordination and inventory management of information technology and facility assets, including Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Seat management needs, seat changes, LAN configuration management, furniture coordination activities, block move, floor diagrams. Monitor budgets and track costs associated with these activities. Develop and implement a plan to maintain corporate information as a basis for knowledge management. Assess Integrated Data Environments and other types of infrastructure that enable collaboration and maintenance of official corporate library. Assist in identification of an official corporate repository or integrated data environment for business information, to include document and role management features and layered protection of sensitive information. Provide recommendations for tools, databases, and web sites to support management needs. Protect the data integrity and pedigree of all corporate information produced and maintained. Support the review of and strategic direction of all corporate information processing equipment; software applications and communication systems used for operations. Document resource requirements, identify end users and per-user costs. Determine scalability to enable organizational growth. Analyze requirements and provide assessments in support of a Data/Information Management Plan. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related professional experience or High School Degree and 11 years of related experience Secret Clearance This position is contingent upon contract award Pay Range: VTGs estimated starting pay range is $60,000-$75,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
