The Assembly Technician will be responsible for progressing the general duties and scope of work assigned by the Corporation.Experience and Abilities:

Any experience working with high-pressure plumbing.

Ability to use measuring and diagnostic equipment to fault-find and validate mechanisms.

Ability to read and understand process and instrumentation drawings will be highly favored

Ability to layout, assemble, install, and test mechanical fixtures & control equipment

Experience in industrial manufacturing, with basic knowledge and understanding of machine technology, power, and control devices

Familiar with all relevant safety obligations and committed to ensuring the safety of your colleagues, equipment, and plant

Abide by safe work standards, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), Fall Protection, Confined Spaces, and appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Ability to maintain proper housekeeping to create a safe and efficient workplace environment.

Operation of manual hand tools and power tools as required in assembly and validation work.

Operation of material handling equipment, including manual and electric power jacks.

Ability to work overtime as assigned and commit to a flexible work schedule around manufacturing demand.

Ability to travel between 10% to 20% of the time and work overtime as needed.

Perform all other duties assigned by the Corporation.

Skills and Qualifications:

At least one year of experience within a manufacturing assembly position; electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Personal Attributes:

Have a growth mindset

Be self-motivated

Have practical organizational and time management skills

Leadership skills will be highly valued

Have the physical ability to perform manual labor, which may include:

Climbing

Bending

Repetitive motions

Standing for extended periods

Lift to 45 lbs.

Starting Salary:
