Position Summary
The Business Analyst of Entitlement Change Management plays a key role within the IAM Business Function. This role works directly with product management of IAM tools/ technologies used to manage access; along with the strategy and governance of access management, including IAM role-oriented and policy-based methodologies.
Specific Responsibilities
Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.Key Contributor to IAM activities below:Audit, Operational Risk and Compliance adherenceProduct definition, requirements, and developmentVendor tool selection/product recommendationsProvide Business Requirements to IAM delivery project consisting of multiple work streams, phases or releasesDevelop documentation, subject training, and other knowledge material on IAMCultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at varying organizational levelsBuild working relationships with IAM vendor product management, development and engineering teamsIdentifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems.Interacts with senior management on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.Assist IAM strategy, roadmap, and vision definitionAssist creation of IAM solution architecture and designQualifications
Minimum of 6+years of related experienceBachelor's degree required with Master's preferred or equivalent experienceExperience in: Security & Risk/Identity, Access Management and Technology Security ControlsMinimum 3-5 years' experience developing identity management strategies, architectures, and implementation plansExperience of Identity Governance & AdministrationExperience in Access Management & FederationExperience facilitating business process design as it relates to managing identities and access privilegesExperience leading business requirements gathering and translating those into system requirementsRole and Policy Based Access Control and DefinitionAudit & Risk ControlsExperience implementing packaged or custom IAM solutionsExperience managing projects through the full system development lifecycleFamiliarity with federated identity and web services security concepts such as SAML, Liberty ID-FF and ID-WSF, WS-Federation, OpenID, OAuth and WS-SecurityStrong experience with IAM tools - such as Hitachi Identity Manager; RSA IG&L, Cyber-Ark, PlainID, or similar tools.Requirements
