JOB TITLE (#2848): Dentist - Fort Dodge, IANew Graduates are welcome to applyGreenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Dentist to fill an opening with a Community Health Center located in Fort Dodge, IowaSchedule of the Dentist:This is a Full-time positionMonday to Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PMResponsibilities of the Dentist:Provides dental care including, but not limited to:Performs quality clinical and radiographic evaluations to diagnose and treat diseases of the oral cavity.Promotes oral health by providing educational information on all phases of preventive and restorative dentistry and oral hygiene.Reviews and follows all dental clinic protocols, policies, and procedures Documents and follows treatment plans that include appropriate preventive and restorative therapy.Manage medical/dental history with a comprehensive evaluation of the patient's general health.Address all contraindications pertaining to treatment and identify the patient's chief complaint or reason for the visit.Other duties and projects as assignedRequirementsMust have graduated from an accredited high school or equivalent plus licensed to practice as a dentist in the State of Iowa DDS or DMD (a degree in dentistry)Must be licensed to practice in the State of IowaMust have current CPR (BLS) certifications.Must have basic computer and data entry skillsBenefitsThe salary for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 / yrSign-on/Relocation Bonus up to $20,000
