Required Qualifications
Years of Experience: 2. Years of Experience: 2 *Must have cardiac surgical experience* No local within a 50 mile radius RN license BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and LVAD Must have SSN & DOB RTO must be listed at time of RFO
