We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Salesto lead our sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in salesleadership within the SaaS and Life Sciences industries, with a proven ability to driverevenue growth and build high-performing sales teams.Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and marketexpansion goals.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performanceculture.Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives to expandour customer base.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-marketstrategies and product offerings.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.Analyze sales metrics and data to measure performance, identify trends, and makeinformed decisions.Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accurate andtimely insights.Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities ofthe sales team.Represent Cloudbyz at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brandand solutions.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plusMinimum of 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 10 years in a seniorleadership role.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the SaaS and LifeSciences industries.Strong understanding of the eClinical landscape and the challenges faced by lifesciences companies.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching anddevelopment.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-drivendecisions.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.Why Join Us:
