Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Cincinnati is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate must have experience with written discovery and depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions, attending mediations and court appearances, and assisting at trial. Additionally, candidates must have a strong academic record, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.Duties:Handle various aspects of litigation matters, including written discovery and depositions.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Attend mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances.Assist in trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings.Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal arguments and strategies.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on litigation matters.Communicate effectively with clients, other attorneys, and third parties.Maintain organized case files and documentation.Requirements:3-5 years of litigation experience.Strong academic record from an accredited law school.Excellent research and writing skills.Experience with written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Experience in litigation matters is advantageous.Company infoBCG Attorney Search200 South Wacker Drive, 31st FloorChicagoIllinoisUnited States 60606Phone :
