This position will entail managing the current team of 4 (1 Production Manager and 3 Crew members).Responsibilities:Manage current team of 4 employees in the Santa Fe Springs location warehouse.Hire additional crew members as the company continues growFull responsibility for Day-to-Day Operations, Inventory Management, Production Management, Facilities Management and Safety in the WarehouseMonitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure efficiency targets are metAbility to work occasional SaturdaysProvide outstanding customer service and resolve any customer issuesQualifications:5+ years of industrial Warehouse Management experienceExperience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the industrial hardware industryExperience working as a 2nd-time LeaderMust perform all computer functions as they pertain to the job including but not limited to: ERP Program, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Various freight software, UPS Worldship, BOL’sMust be fluent in English and SpanishCompensation:Base salary in the 80k – 100k/year rangeMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k (match)
