An opening exists for a Project Resource Coordinator. Preferred candidates will have experience with coordination and scheduling of AV Integration projects for corporate, education, and government clients. Primary duties include client interface, staff scheduling, resources scheduling, travel arrangements, equipment status and deliveries, materials procurement, electronic management and tracking of projects. The successful candidate is responsible for the project initiation documentation and conducts the weekly production meeting.

- AMX & Crestron Programming II

- Tandberg and Polycom Video Conferencing Certified

- Clear One Installation

- Extron Advanced

- InfoComm CTS-1 certification

- Minimum of 2 years as a Project Manager

Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
