Responsibilities and Duties● Tune autoscaling and resource allocation for our API services● Manage Release Lifecycle for multi-region multi-cluster installation of 100+ services● Automate operations and infrastructure management● Improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response● Resolve issues with our production systems and build solutions to prevent them from reoccurring● Improve the quality of deployment, monitoring, and security automation tooling to improve reliability and velocity● Managing back-up and data security● Participation in the on-call rotation (working hours only)Qualifications and Skills● 3+ years of experience● Strong Linux skills and cloud infrastructure expertise● Kubernetes operational knowledge● Experience building infrastructure as code (using Terraform and GitOps)● Knowledge of basic CI/CD patterns and source control systems● Familiarity with networking and caching● Familiarity with DBA operations, preferably PostgreSQL and MongoDB● A DevOps/SRE mindset: you enjoy debugging complex systems and automating solutions● Ability to work well as both part of a team and independently, be self-motivated to keep the system reliable and running smoothly.● Good communication and planning skillsWe Offer● Working on great tech stack (app platform) with truly big data (processing 1TB every day)● Product company with a long-term vision● High talented team● Project exposure and ownership that impacts our users, product, and business
