We are looking for new team members who share our passion for finding answers to difficult questions and new radical ways to build scalable and trustworthy data & analytics solutions,helping every team in the organization make faster and better decisions.We’re looking for a Director of Analytics that’s curious, strategic thinker, entrepreneurial, hands-on manager and a team player.You will lead and guide a talented team of four analysts, delivering actionable insights and tools that help teams from across the organization to make impactful decisions.You will set a bold and innovative strategy for creating a data-driven organization, define the team’s goals, and lead the daily execution and prioritization.What you will be doingLead and mentor a team of 5 analysts, setting up standards, workflows and goals. Lead the daily execution and prioritization of the team.Set the vision and strategy for creating a data-driven organizationProactively identify growth and optimization opportunities that teams from across the organization can act upon fast.Define input metrics and output metrics to measure the progress of our business operations.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technology in the data industry.Hire and onboard new team members.Requirements:

+5 years of experience as an analyst in a technology company+2 years of managerial experience in a technology companyStrong knowledge of business and product processes and how to translate business needs into data modelsExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluency in common statistical analysis methodsProficiency using SQL for data querying and manipulation, Python (big plus)Detail-oriented with a track record of success in quantitative fieldsAct in a cross-functional environment to ensure that the analytics team's output is aligned with companies’ objectives
