Responsibilities for this remote attorney position in Ft. Wayne:
You will manage and direct foreclosure cases, ensuring comprehensive legal representation and effective case outcomes. With our administrative support, you can concentrate on client representation and legal strategy without the burden of operational tasks.Key tasks include:Handling foreclosure proceedings, including negotiating with financial institutions and representing clients in court.Providing clients with informed advice on their rights and legal options in foreclosure situations.Delivering legal services remotely, primarily to clients in the Ft. Wayne area.Qualifications
What you bring to the role:
