The successful candidate will assist in managing marketing projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with our strategic goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing projects, including campaigns, product launches, and events.Collaborate with marketing team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, content, product development, and sales to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.Prepare regular project status reports for management and stakeholders.Assist in budget management and resource allocation for marketing projects.Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and project documentation.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and marketing.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related field.1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the marketing or wellness industry.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project, Trello).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.Passion for wellness and a commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles.If you are an applicant located in California, please review our
