We are seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to care for patients in communities across Long Island. As part of our team, you will work closely with a supportive patient care team and provide care to the highest standards.Job Details:Our Therapists:Review patient charts and medical historyDevelop personalized treatment plansTeach therapeutic exercises and stretchesUse hands-on therapy to promote healingMaintain patient records and adapt treatment plans accordinglyWork closely with a supportive patient care teamProvide patient and family education for health promotionProvide care to the utmost standardQualifications:New York State PT licenseMinimum of one year of recent hands-on experience as a Physical TherapistValid New York State Drivers License and reliable transportation.Benefits:5x 8-hour shifts (8:30AM to 4:30PM) with rotating weekends and holidaysGreat healthcare benefitsEducation reimbursement of $7,000 annuallyCompetitive salary range of USD $90,000.00 to USD $110,000.00 per year
