We are searching for a talented Nursing Assistant I (CNA)*$1,200 new hire sign-on bonus for this position. (rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible)*Hours: 24 Flex 32hrsShift: Day/
Evening shifts, 7:00am 3:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, every other weekend and holidayLocation: Century 4 - St. Lukes Hospital New Bedford, MAA career at Southcoast Health offers you:A culture of well-being that embraces, respects, and celebrates the rich diversity of one another and the communities we serveCompetitive pay and comprehensive benefits packageGenerous Earned Time Off Package**Employee Wellbeing Program403B Retirement Plan with company matchTuition assistance / Federal Loan Forgiveness programsProfessional growth opportunities and customized leadership training**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours.Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Responsibilities:Under general supervision of individually assigned Manager, Patient Care Services or designee, perform a variety of duties including basic care, personal hygiene, mobility, nutritional support, maintain patient environment, and provide assistance to licensed staff in carrying out other related duties, etc.Qualifications:Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized courses or training.Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Training Program is preferred.Nursing Assistant Certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the equivalent is required.Current CPR Certification is required.Three (3) months experience in an acute care or long term setting is preferred.Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Pay Range:USD $19.00 - USD $25.50 /Hr.
Rotation Schedule Requirement :Every Other Weekend and Holiday
