Be familiar with and work within the firm's case management system to create, manage, and review daily and weekly reports for exceptions and discrepancies. Review and execute various pleadings and correspondence, as well as ensure that client and firm management systems are accurately updated and maintained.Additional Skills: The candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and listening skills. Ability to handle difficult/delicate issues with diplomacy and tact needed. Professional and ethical conduct with a positive attitude and superior work ethic essential.
