Multi-practice, fast-growing law firm with more than 14 locations throughout Florida and the United States is looking for an ambitious and motivated attorney to join their growing construction litigation team. This associate position will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of complex litigation cases and will work closely with a Partner that is Board Certified in Construction Law to discuss litigation strategy. Ideal candidates will have a foundation in defending clients in a variety of litigation matters, including but not limited to personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance defense. This is a full-time on-site position in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale, FL office.Qualifications:
Must have a Florida bar license in good standingMust have a minimum of 3 years litigation experience preferably in construction litigation but experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance defense will be considered.Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, researching skills, problem-solving, strong organizational and time-management skillsBenefits Include:
