Duties:

Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and pleadings.
Attend court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and preparation.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile defense litigation.
Demonstrated experience handling automobile cases from inception through trial.
Participation in at least 10 jury trials is preferred.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Admission to the New Jersey State Bar
Skills:
Strong litigation skills with a focus on automobile defense cases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to conduct legal research and draft legal documents effectively.
Proficiency in case management and trial preparation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
