We are dedicated to achieving successful results through negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and trials in both California and Federal courts.
Candidates must reside in Southern California and be admitted to the California Bar with a license in good standing.
Primary Responsibilities:
Draft Complaints/Answers/Demurrers/Motions to Strike
Able to propound and respond to written discovery
Review and analyze medical and employment records
Prepare discovery motions and or oppositions
Prepare meet and confer letters re discovery
Prepare summary of liability and damages analysis reports for carrier
Research discovery issues
Meet statutory deadlines
Advise client on legal options for litigation and/or settlement
Prepare clients for hearings and depositions
Required Skills:
Experienced with Legal case management software and CRM systems
Punctual and Professional
Highly Organized
Independent and Productive
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook
Stellar Communication Skills: Listening, Speaking, and Writing
Warm, Empathetic and Caring
Team Player, Adaptable
