We are backed by prominent venture capitalists such as Ribbit Capital, Thrive Capital, GIC, Index Ventures, Green Oaks Capital, and SV Angel and have raised more than $94M in equity and $200M in debt.About the PositionWe are looking for an experienced user-focused software engineering lead to join our Lending Products team in San Francisco to help build a scalable platform that will help power the suite of Parafin’s financial offerings. The Lending Products team owns the user journey for all of Parafin’s financing products. You will work with stakeholders across the company to launch several new products and regularly experiment with our existing products to improve the end-user experience. You will own our core lending platform and also help identify, prioritize, and execute on infrastructure opportunities to accelerate product development and maintain high levels of reliability.What You’ll Be Doing:You will own our core lending platform and user flows across all Parafin lending products
You will help identify, architect and lead infrastructure investments in our core lending platform to accelerate product development and fortify our systems
You will work with stakeholders across the company to prioritize and design new products and experiments

You are comfortable owning and driving the development of the product from 0 to 1.
You have a strong grasp of engineering fundamentals.
You are excited about working on a small team and helping us set the foundations for the company.
7+ years of experience working in a product-focused, backend engineering role in a tech lead capacity
