Take on significant responsibility in deal management and execution.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role at a large law firm.
Proficiency in sophisticated mergers and acquisitions transactions and private equity matters.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Superior academic background.
Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications: Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Skills:
