With over 50 years of combined fundraising experience on the executive team, MoneyDolly has found product-market fit and is looking for the development team to make it into a reality.We are looking for a highly-motivated Senior Backend or Fullstack Engineer to join our remote team as a Team Lead. As an early hire, you’ll be helping define our engineering culture and will work directly with your peers and C-Suite team to tune the engineering machineThrive when given a lot of autonomy to meet your goalsQualifications5+ years of experience on the backend (Spring Boot preferred)1+ years of Team Lead experienceFamiliarity with SQL / Relational Databases (Postgres, MySQL)Proven experience with infrastructure / DevOps (AWS and Terraform preferred)Great communication skillsSelf-motivated and self-sufficient, with the ability to work independently while coordinating with other team membersPreferredProven experience with front-end technologies (React, Flutter preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, but not required.
