Center City law firm is seeking an attorney with 5 to 7 years Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience. Must have experience with arbitrations, mediations and trials in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Total familiarity with processing of PIP claims in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, drafting legal pleadings, conducting discovery, good negotiation skills. Must also possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Job requirements include, but are not limited to:
Initial client interview
Pre-trial litigation file control
Prepare and draft legal pleadings
Litigation discovery/depositions
Settlement negotiations
Attend Settlement Conferences and Mediations
Trial preparation
Trial of cases consisting of arbitrations, non-jury, jury and high/low private ADR arbitrations
