Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload, representing clients who have been injured as a result of negligence. This role demands a professional with a strong sense of justice, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of personal injury law.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to conclusion.Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration sessions.Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies.Advise clients on their legal rights, claim liability, and the legal process.Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to personal injury cases.Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes efficiently.Draft motions and other legal documents.Gather and analyze evidence to support legal actions.Develop strategies and arguments for trial preparation.Continuously update knowledge through professional development opportunities.Qualifications
Must possess a Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.A minimum of 1+ years of pre-suit personal injury experience, preferably on the plaintiff's side.Demonstrated experience in personal injury protection is highly desirable.Exceptional attention to detail.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
