McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney for our Alabama location. The applicant must be licensed to practice law and in good standing and residing in Alabama with licensure in additional states preferred. The ideal applicant will be familiar with the rules of evidence and have experience in foreclosure law, bankruptcy, litigation, and a general understanding of all aspects of property law.

Skills/Abilities
Minimum of 2 – 5 years’ experience in foreclosure law and litigation requiredExperience and/or willingness to learn in drafting pleadings, making court appearances, and case law researchMust be able to proficiently work with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and organization abilitiesStrong work ethic with the ability to balance and prioritize high volume workload
