Job DescriptionDaily billing process in SAP: Print invoices and download statementsReview all Credit Memos for accuracy and postingSend payment courtesy notices to all past due accountsCommunicate internally and with customers: payment discrepancies /past due/ over credit limitApplication of ACH/Check/Wire receipts daily to accounts along with AR clearing processingCustomer resale certificates information maintenance and reviewPrepare sales tax filing report; research and special projects as neededRelated party transaction reconciliationFixed Assets management (Count/transfer etc.)Assists with other tasks and projects as needed, including manager assignments
Requirements2-3 years working in accounting or tax departmentSAP experience preferredBachelor’s degree in Accounting & Taxation, or related experienceStrong skills in organizing, setting priorities, and meeting deadlinesHighly reliable and dependableEffective written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in MS Excel, Word, and OutlookBilingual in Mandarin is a plusMust be able to work overtime on month end closing day
